Dr. Ben Moulaye Idriss has more than 15 years of expertise in the management of reproductive health programs. Since 2004, he has successively coordinated numerous SR/HIV projects, including the Ado and Youth SR project of the Ministry of Youth, Country Director of International NGOs in Mali and Benin and technical advisor to the Ministry of Youth, Defense and Health in Mali.
