During the two-day meeting, the Reference Group will:

Clearly define, discuss and agree upon the state of progress for the partnership,
Acknowledge and better understand areas where we are falling short, and
Agree on urgent actions to collectively refocus our efforts while still within the critical window of opportunity to support, drive and shape progress by 2020.
