Monika Chill

Monika is the Manager for FP2030’s Made Possible by Family Planning Campaign, where she leads strategic initiatives to promote global family planning efforts. In this role, Monika works closely with diverse stakeholders, including FP2030 staff, global organizations, government entities, and local communities, to amplify the campaign’s message and build partnerships that drive meaningful change.

With extensive experience in nonprofit management, project coordination, and grant administration, Monika brings a strong background in leadership and collaboration. At the United Nations Foundation, Monika served as Senior Associate, overseeing 400 chapter leaders and engaging 1,500 volunteers to advance gender equality. Before joining the United Nations Foundation, Monika served as Manager at Intentional Philanthropy, where she managed a $30 million grant portfolio and directed a team in strategic grant-making for various causes.

Monika holds a Master’s in Public Administration from American University, where she graduated with Pi Alpha Alpha honors, and a Bachelor’s in Public Policy and Administration from James Madison University. Monika is passionate about creating positive social change through strategic leadership and advocating for family planning as a critical tool for improving global health, education, and economic outcomes.
