Before working with FP2030, Rachel supported and led program design and resource mobilization for CARE’s SRHR portfolio. She also worked on the initial iteration of FP2020’s Rapid Response Mechanism, and supported IOM on their post-Ebola program strategy in Sierra Leone. Rachel has a masters in Global Human Development from Georgetown University, and lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two children.
